OFFER 1: ADSL Broadband
1. All ADSL plans include a basic modem. A postage & handling fee of $29.95 applies to
any selected ADSL plan .
3. A cancellation Fee of $110 is charged to recover the setup cost if the contract is
terminated within the six month term. If you downgrade your broadband plan, a $20
administration fee applies.
4. Offer is available to credit approved AUSTAR customers who connect to any of the
selected ADSL plans. Customers will receive the first month free access on the
following ADSL plans; Lite 2GB, Enthusiast 15GB. ADSL2+ plans: Professional 5GB,
Express 50GB. Offer excludes excess usage. All other ADSL plans are excluded from
the first month free access promotion.

OFFER 2: Mobile Broadband
1. Offer is available to credit approved AUSTAR customers who connect to the selected
Mobile Broadband plan. Customers will receive the first month free access on the MBB
1GB plan. All other Mobile Broadband plans are excluded from the first month free
access promotion.
2. No Fixed term agreement applies. USB Modem supports Windows 2000, Windows XP
(32 bit only), Windows Vista (32 bit only) and MAC OS X 10.3.7 or higher.
3. A Hardware Recovery Fee (HRF) of $69.95 for the (Pendo) USB modem will apply if the
customer cancels or disconnects their Mobile Broadband service any time after the
one month free access promotion. If you cancel or disconnect your service within the
first month, you will be required to return the USB modem to:
