All plans are subject to a 6 month agreement. An Early Termination Fee (ETF) of $110 is charged if the contract is terminated within the six month term. Plans are subject to availability at your location. If you downgrade your broadband plan, a $40 administration fee applies.

You will be supplied with the fastest speed available at your location - ADSL2+ or up to 8Mbps. Speeds are theoretical network maximum speeds based on network testing. Actual speeds may vary due to a number of factors including network configuration, line quality & length, exchange type, customer premises interference, traffic, equipment and software. About 70% of customers on the 8Mbps plan can access speeds around 6Mbps or more. About 50% of customers on ADSL2+ can access speeds around 10Mbps or more. Customers may need to purchase a new modem and filters.

Your broadband connection will be slowed to 128/128kbps once you reach your monthly download allowance. Shaping may prevent you from using internet services such as downloading movies, streaming video (e.g. YouTube) and video calls (e.g. Skype). Downloads only are counted towards your included data allowance.

Monthly Access Fee is charged in advance and is the minimum amount you pay each month for your ADSL service, regardless of your usage. Monthly Access Fees and Included Data are subject to a pro rata calculation in your first month of activation. Any unused data expires at the end of each billing period.

Loyalty Plans Monthly Access Fee applies when you have an active SCTelco broadband and SCTelco Home or Business phone service on the same account. If you cancel or move your phone service, the Stand Alone Monthly Access Fee will apply to your broadband plan.

A once-off Set-up fee applies and will be charged on the first invoice.

Total Minimum Cost for Loyalty Plans is calculated over 6 months and includes Monthly Broadband Access Fee, $49.95 Set-up Fee plus $39.95 Monthly Access Fee for a Business National phone plan

Total Minimum Cost for Stand Alone plans is calculated over 6 months and includes Monthly Access Fee and a $99 Set-up Fee.

Standard delivery for monthly bills is by email. If you choose to receive a paper bill a monthly charge of $2.20 will apply.
